Changing linux network settings

My router says that it sees the PC connected, but Linux doesn't get an IP. The /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-(MAC address) file is set up for DHCP, too. 😕
 
Which distro?

I believe the command to use dhcp (won't work over reboots) is something along the lines of: dhcpcd eth0
