Changing languages in XP

So I've got a spanish XP installation, and I need to change it to English.... How? I tried doing the languages and reigons settings, and its all whack, Iunno... I've tried it... Any ideas?
 
here's how, start, settings, control panel, switch to classic view, regional and language options, language tab at the top, and then from their select details and pick what you want, 😀
