Changing Icons in XP

I just installed XP Pro and i cant figure out how to change what my desktop icons look like. can anyone point me to it?

righ-click on the icon; properties and "change icon" ? Doesnt work with all icons, My Computer and IE etc i think can be done but cant remember how, probably some tweak program can do it.

well the ones i want to change are the " My computer" , "Network" and "Recycle Bin" icons seeing as they are teh only ones on my desktop

Right click on the desktop->Properties->Desktop tab->Customize Desktop->Change Icons.

goto desktop in desktop properties
goto customize desktop
goto change icon
wala!
