Changing icon for HTML files

I've been playing around with icons for various file types and now my .html and .htm files have the default generic icon. I can't them set to anything else. I've tried associating them with other programs and changing them using Icon Phile. If I go into Tools->Folder Options->File Types, I can change the icon for .htm files but the change isn't reflected in any of my files. It wont let me change the icon for .html files. I've tried rebuilding/repairing icons using TweakUI and Icon Phile. This is getting annoying. Any ideas? Thanks.
