Changing HSF

Am changing my HSF from the standard one that came with the retail A64 to a thermalright XP-120 with a Panaflow 120mm fan 88CFM @ 30db. My case is an Antec Sonata. i just need to ask about 1) cleaning the CPU of the previous thermal grease and replacing with AS5. and also, i wanted to ask if the fan specs are ok....(noisewise and cooling wise) thanks!!!

Is there a specific place to get the 90% isopropyl? should i remove the processor from the socket while cleaning it?

I think you can get that in a pharmacy. I bought a quart of "denatured" alchohol @ Home Depot for about 4 bucks and it works fine. Doesn't really matter if you remove the processor or not. I do so I can make sure and get it completely clean.

I'm sure the Panaflo you ordered will be fine. I don't know the model you are referring to though. Specs don't match the FBA series that most retailers sell, but Panaflo's are among the quietest cfm to noise ratio fans you can buy. I would hook it up to a controller or volt mod it though. Unless you are overclocking the crap out of it you won't need that much pressure. With a volt mod it should be extremely quiet.
