My friend has 2 RAM sticks but he can only use one stick as those RAMs have different timings. I tried changing the timing of the RAM in the BIOS but as it's a laptop, there's no option to adjust that.

Then, I remembered using this utility where I could manually change RAM timings in Windows. Too bad, I forgot what is called.

Does anyone know what this utility is called?
