Changing boot screen in XP

I know it is possible under 2K and I was wondering if it is possible to change it in XP. Also is there a way to change the welcome screen to?

Yeah they have some nice login screans as well and some killer backgrounds. Pluss a whole **** load of nifty XP related tips and tricks.
 
LogonUIBootRandomizer is a simple freeware program that allows you to switch between multiple boot screens and logon (welcome) screens. You can either choose a new screen manually or let the program auto-cycle through your collection.

Free boot screens and logon screens can be downloaded from ThemeXP. Some of the screens are better than the others. Just keep the ones you like and delete the rest. 🙂
