Dude, thsi isn't like a bicycle where you just peel off the old rubber and put a new tube in.. THe spare is supposed to be on a rim, not just be the rubber tire.

you DO know that almost every car has a spare wheel/tire under the trunk, right? RIGHT? with a wheel already inside it? you just lift the carpet on your trunk? and there it is? with the tools already there? please tell me you know about your car's spare?

I was automatically assuming that he knew this, but with this level of noobness you never know...

OP usually there is a thin panel, serving as sort of a false bottom in your trunk, that hides the compartment with the spare in it. Please tell us you checked there.
