changing a router into a switch

Does anyone know how to change a Netgear RT314 router into just a dumb switch with no routing capabilities?

I'm now using a Netgear Rp614 router and i'd like to still use my old RT314 router as a switch, but i was told that i have to disable the routing ability on the RT314. However, i can't find where to turn it off in the router's web interface. Can anyone help with this? or point me to a site that tells me how to do it?

You can not turn it Off.

Leave it open and it is not use.

This is for Wireless but the wtich part is the same idea.
