changing a CPU is it easy?

no.

Take off the old HSF
Clean the Thermal Interface Material off of the old HSF using as strong of a concentration of isopropyl alcohol as you can find and some q-tips
take out the old CPU
Put in the new CPU
Put some new T.I.M. (thermal interface material) on the CPU and spread it around using the edge of a credit card
Put the HSF back on (make sure it's on tightly and securely, or you might have heat problems)

that's it.

I have 2 PC's and my MOBO deid on my main pc I was just going to leave the CPU, HS and Fan from my main pc to switch it over, whould this be ok? or should I remove them still.

So you are taking the CPU from your main PC to put in your second PC? You can't leave the heatsink attached to the cpu and move it. You need to remove the heatsink, clean off the old thermal paste/pad, install the cpu in the other motherboard, and apply a fresh coat of thermal grease, then install the heatsink.
