When are we going to stop the free handouts to the BS religious fraud rings going on around in this country?

When are we going to get rid of ID and bring back REAL science and get the country back on track?

When are we going to stop the Bush's abstinence-based sex education programs and start putting condom machines back in high school boys restrooms?

When are we gonna fire up stem cell research?

When are we gonna start cracking down on the churches that have pretty much made it impossible to get an abortion in some states?

Since the churches obviously are getting over 250,000 isn't it about time we start taxing them?

Yes, it's as good a place to start as any. Most churches have and are violating the the conditions of tax exempt status. Start taxing them to help pay off the mess the repugs have left.

Obama won because of the economy, if he starts to prioritize wedge issues there is a good chance he could lose congress in 2010 like Clinton did in 1994,

and it would severely curtail his ability to bring about change in more important issues like the economy, war in Iraq, and healthcare.
