Change Sorter

The cheap ones suck. The top spinny part always jams up. Plus its a pain in the ass to have to buy the special rolls. You have to use the ones that are already folded up on one end.

Now I just refuse to deal with change. If its less than a quarter, it goes away.

😵 If I did that, I'd lose a lot of money.

I can't find any that do maintenance free AND do the new one dollar coins. All the maintenance free ones are like $120 and don't do the dollar coins... or fifty cent coins. (why hate fifta cent)

They take away your money! I rather go to my bank... They just drop it into their big ass coin machine and it does it all for me. 😱

EDIT: I guess I could just take all my change with me when I go to my bank instead of one of these? Although I do prefer the sophistication these offer in comparison to a big ol' bag of coins.

That's what I do these days, "sophistication" be damned.

Now I just throw away anything less than a quarter. I haven't had a dollar coin or fifty cent piece in years.

The Coinstar at my local Kroger has a 0% fee if you take your payment in the form of an Amazon.com gift certificate. Otherwise yes, they are too expensive.

Well yeah, in that form but.. that's like always money lost in my experience.

I just go to my bank. They tell me they can't, but if I keep it up for a few seconds more they give in and count my change.
