Seems that some people do not "GET IT"
First thing you do when you move to a town is check out its diversity.
When you know the diversity then you will mostly know who the ADS and TV stations will cater and will affect the hiring process.... Or so we hope.
Yes we have seen in recent news the shooting and the town was mostly black and the police force was mostly white. But this is about Annie.
I want to know why Advertising firms do not check the diversity of the towns where they want to sell their wares.
I am sure there is a magazine for companies that chat about trends and such across America yes? It would be like insider info buy shared freely among all companies who sell to customers. If there isn't then there should be one.
so take this biracial kid who complains. Is the town made up of mostly bi-racial kids? If so then yes Target should change their ads to reflect the town.
But then again what if that girl in the photo in question lives in that town?
The Onus is on the parents as it seems they did not educate the young girl....
Or! The parents knew but refused to do anything but let their own daughter "EXPLORE" the process of civic duty. If that is the case then I applaud the parents for doing that and the girl needs a really big BRO FIST for doing that.
But now if the bi racial kid and her family is in a mostly white or mostly black or mostly asian town then she just needs to shut up.
And that is the way I see it.
