Question Change lock screen timeout Windows 10

How do you change the lock screen timeout in Windows 10. I have tried the directions in this post but it doesnt work. All I did is the manual registry change. Then went into the advanced power plan settings and change it to 99. Still times out after a minute and reverts to lock screen.

I have this same issue with a workstation on my workplace domain. I cannot find a local setting that would indicate the cause of the lockout so I am assuming it's related to a group policy but I do not know enough about it confirm.
