How do I/can I change hostname in Windows2k via command prompt??

Is there a third party utility I can use?

In a nondomain configuration you might be able to come up with a registry file to do it, but I'm actually not sure how safe that would be. Can I ask why you need to do this, that might let us recommend some other options...
