Change forum theme?

Is it possible to change the forum theme/color scheme? I have seen screenshots where other people seem to have a color theme other than the default, but I have not been able to find any settings in my user profile.

Found the following in the FAQ, but I don't see the button they're describing.

Can I change the way the board looks?
You may be able to change the styling of the board by using the style changer in the bottom left of the page. This lets you choose different skins which change the color scheme and appearance of the board. If this option does not appear, the board cannot be restyled.

There are no skins added to vBulletin for this forum, unfortunately, but you can get a "dark" skin for these forums by using browser addons. See this thread:
