Change for a five movie...

Can anyone find me that movie. I've been looking.... It was about 10 minutes long and a bunch of funny stuff happened that had nothing to do with the title, and then at the end the guy goes into the store and says "You got change for a five?" and the store owner says "Yup". I'm really bored in my Digital media class right now and my friend here cant remember it. Thanks.
