I replaced my motherboard and apparently screwed up the jumpers when I transferred data from my old hard drive. I realized it when I removed my old drive and was installing my OS (and some other stuff) that it was assigned F: and C: was gone. (D and E are CDROMs). My question is can I change the F: drive to C: without screwing up the windows registry?

You booted from C: , right?
You have a second OS installed on your new C: ?
Or did you do a new install ?
It should be possible to rejumper the drives back and
boot your old OS from it.
Its also possible to reassign drive letters with W2K/XP, but AFAIR
its not possible to reassign a drive to C:
