Change Documents and Settings Path

Can you guys remind me again what the registry hack is to change the Documents and Settings folder from C: to D: (partitioned drive and D: is my secondary). This is in Windows XP SP3.
 
I've never had a problem right clicking on the folder and going to "change location" or whatever it's termed and pointed it to a different drive/folder. Does that not work right for you?
