That video is useless, filled with the typical misinformation that I've come to expect from that program. You don't have to get very far into the program to come across false information.
He commends the rifled gun for being accurate, unlike the American smoothbore gun which just puts the round "over there" (due to it being low tech and "American", unlike the sophisticated and elegant British or even German hardware). Of course his opinion may have been different if he was aware that the American M1 uses a German gun, developed by Rheinmetall. It's the same gun used on the Leopard 2.
On the other hand, if you keep in mind that the show is strictly for entertainment purposes and doesn't reflect reality in any way, it can make for crude entertainment.
