I'm confused as to why Ohio is the "Birthplace of Aviation" when North Carolina is "First in Flight" and everyone knows Kitty Hawk is in NC.

The Wright brothers began experimenting with flight in Dayton, Ohio (birthplace of Orville Wright). They made their actual first flight at Kitty Hawk, NC.

But Pepsi was born here in New Bern, NC. 😀

U can use any plate u want, just needs to have the state name. I would like to see the specialized ones myself but it really doesn't matter.
