I downloaded the abandonware version, but the railroad track build functions are controlled by a number keypad that i conveniently dont have :( any ideas?

Turn on numlock on the laptop and use the number keys in the middle of the keyboard?

You have an Inspiron, right? It should have a number pad (on mine the 5 is on the I key).

There's an option in the BIOS to enable it, by default the numlock key on the keyboard has no effect.

You can hold down the FN key and hit those numbers as well, at least, old Inspirons were this way.

Ah, close enough for me to figure it out.. just had to use function key... i'm a stupid laptop n00b. Thanks!

IIRC, he would be governed by the UCMJ and the laws of the country he is stationed in.
