I got my new motherboard, cpu and ram (see sig) today
when i turn on my computer, all that happens is the power LED flashes....a very trusted friend told me this is probably a problem with the motherboard...HELP!!!!!

Is your system speaker hooked up. Do you hear any beeping? If so, read the manual where it describes beep codes. How long does the light flash. Have you triple checed that all the components are seated properly and receiving power? Have you checked to make sure that your thermal paste is properly aplied on your heatsink?

looking at your sig, how did you get an AGP 5200 ino a PCI-e slot? either nVidia started making PCI-e 5200 (impossible) cards or that is your problem...

the system speaker is onboard and it doesnt beep...the light just flashes until i become impatient and switch it off (note: power switch doesnt work at this point, have to switch off psu)
im in the process of removing and reinstalling all components

You can still run a PCI card correct? I know you can with other boaards, but I have no idea about the nf4... You just have to enable the PCI graphics in the bios I believe...
