I got my new motherboard, cpu and ram (see sig) today
when i turn on my computer, all that happens is the power LED flashes....a very trusted friend told me this is probably a problem with the motherboard...HELP!!!!!
 
Disconnect EVERYTHING from the mobo except
cpu
psu
case speaker
Try again.

If you get the same, then you know the problem lies with either
psu
cpu
mobo

The only way to tell is to swap out
