Anyone ever get support from Chaintech? Video Card went bad.. almost to the year. They don't do phone support only email. Sent a message two weeks ago and no response.

Sent another one today, 5 days before my Warranty Technically runs out.

:(

Bought a mobo by them couple years back. It died under warranty. Their customer service is non-existent. I ended up with nothing, and simply determined never to buy another product from them again.

Still no response from them and I doubt I'll get any. So I got 11 months out of my Video Card. Maybe I should report them to the Better Business Bureau; but they are like from taiwan right? so it would not matter.

The other method would be to request an RMA from the reseller. Many times this method is just as easy, or in some cases quicker, than a request directly from Chaintech. This is because Chaintech will not cross ship and some resellers will.

I actually got a response to my second request. They told me to email copy of invoice and request form back to them. I did that today. I bought the card on 7/13/2005 tomorrow is one year.
