Chaintech Geforce 6600 installation problem

i am new to the forum but have recently found alot of answers to my questions here. i need some help and haven't had much luck finding any on the web. my problem is after installing the new video card the machine powers up but nothing happens on the screen, no bios, post, nothing? any ideas? the video card was the last piece to the puzzle, all items are new and are currently working. i have an ati 9700 am i using now which is working fine, but once i install the chaintech it powers up but nothing...here are the specs on my configuration...any help would be appreciated.

did you plug in the molex power connector? I have a system very close to what you're building...the chaintech 6600 256MB will clock well past the 300MHz stock core setting, only becoming unstable around 500MHz...it'll run at 400-450 allday, no problem.
 
Doh - that was it....should have read the manual a little closer. thanks for the help! everything is working as expected.
