Chafing on my inner thighs/balls

I do a combo of 4 miles running/walking each day, sometimes double. Lately, my inner thighs feel chafed and irritated, as well as the "twins". Is there anything i can do to stop the rubbing in the future? It causes a lot of discomfort. I wear briefs style underwear and have tried both thin and thick pants, to no avail 🙁

I used to get that a lot when I ran cross country...loose fitting boxers and shorts will take care of the problem, or Gold Bond, if it's really bad.
 
but boxers are too baggy and roomy...the big guy feels like he swims in them 😉 I'm not a big fan of boxers...maybe i should try boxer briefs?

I like the freedom of movement I get from them. It's as if my whole body is getting a workout, not just my legs. 🙂

I seriously doubt nick would get in trouble for this, just because he's nick. It is a bit too far though. Makin' mom jokes isn't cool. He should have said he deflowered YOUR anus. Are you guys enemies or something?
