I'm a ChaCha guide as well...started in May, and have done over 4000 searches and made about $800-900 (I won a few contests as well).

If anyone wants me to refer them (this might give a better chance of being accepted with so many applicants), feel free to send a PM.

CHA CHA IS ALREADY GOING DOWNHILL.

For the other guides in this forum read this:

So I find out last night that all of a sudden I am getting paid 10 cents an hour? I am awfully pissed at this, considering I have been "Cha Cha-ing" for over 2 months now and I have consistently been one of their top guides. Much to my dismay, i find out i am being paid 10 cents an hour per question now, FOR NO REASON.

I do well over 1000+ answers a week (mostly on the weekends) and they pull me off the top guide list.

Cha cha literally did a bait and switch. They stated before that if you do over 300 questions a week and are within 95% accuracy, you will get paid 20 cents a question. well, i do well over 300 questions a week and I am at 99% accuracy, and I get paid 10 cents now.

BULLSHIT. Complete BULLSHIT

Yeah they changed it a little while ago, my friend and I got in and noticed this change and have pretty much stopped working for them now. Just not worth it anymore. Ah well.

Does anyone know how they calculate the accuracy that they base top guide on?
