Certificate Errors

All of a sudden my PC is giving me Certificate Error: Navigation blocked messages when I try and visit certain websites that I have been using all along. My other PC, on the same network, doesn't have this problem.
So if it isn't a website issue, then it is obviously a PC issue or an IE issue. Running XP SP3, IE 7.
Anyone know what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks.

Double-check your date/time settings in Windows.
Are you using a Norton Security product?

That's what it was. Somehow, someone, changed the date and I was living in the past. Would have never figured that one out. Thanks, RM!
