Solicitor General Theodore B. Olson has argued that Mr. Padilla represents a "a continuing, present and grave danger" to national security, and that Mr. Hamdi is a "classic battlefield detainee."

and that, therefore, they shall be indefinitely detained without trial [/?]. (we know they're evil, there's no need to prove it). If the evidence raised in these trials would implicate national security, then the judges can issue gag orders and seal the court records.
