Centrum Men's Ultra vs. Source Naturals Life Force Multiple - which to take?

Someone in another thread mentioned the Source Naturals Life Force Multiple ( http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...X0DER&v=glance ), but I think he was a body builder.

I currently take Centrum Ultra Men's.

I am not a body builder.

Would I still benefit to switching to the Source Naturals Life Force Multiple, and is there any risk with that product (e. g. maybe too powerful because it is intended for body builders?)

The dosage size on those Source Naturals is 4 caps vs. 1 for the Centrum. I think the Source Naturals is overkill for anyone that doesn't live on just protein shakes and vitamins.

people put too much thought into things. Either is good. I'd go with price on these though for your needs.

A good multiple is a nice addition. If you are seriously deficient in anything you probably want to mention that and look harder.
