The above is very good.

I'd guess it's clogged at one or both of the red circles. Probably at the one closest to the unit. I am not sure how the line is attached to the unit but it looks like it needs to come off to clean the section up to the vent/drain line. I wouldn't blow debris back through the line into the unit.

As far as blowing out the line, you could cut at the green line, blow it out then put in a coupler.

This is what I ended up doing, when I snaked it I wound up pushing the clog to the 90 degree bend at the wall and everything got stuck there. I couldn't get the snake to "bite" into the clog to pull it out. Cut where you suggested, ran compressed air through it and it blew out where the washer dumps it's water. It was a fist full of dust/crap (not algae). Coupled the line back together and I think that got it fixed.

edit: clog was about 7' past that first 90 degree bend circled which I thought was odd, that's where I could feel the snake starting to push into material.
