Cellular question...

first of all, sprint in my area really is bad. however, i have to stay with them because 1) i pay only $30 for 300 peak and 2000 offpeak, with 500 S2S minutes all with nationwide. 2) my off-peak starts at 8pm. Right now i have the Sanyo 4900, it's supposed to be the best phone as far as reception and signal strength, but in reality for me it's not. i get dropped calls like crazy, phone calls are choppy almost all the time, and it's a huge phone. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good phone for sprint that's fairly small and has good reception. i was looking at the new nokia, but i haven't really found any reviews for that phone.

Also, if anyone knows of any plan that is similiar to the sprint plan that i have please let me know. i've called att, and they said they start at 9 and as far as i know t-mobile starts at 9 or you'll need to have a $40 plan to qualify for an earlier offpeak option. i dont' know about cingular in my area, i don't even think it is offered. i live in hawaii btw.

thanks all.

I've had a Touchpoint 1100 for 2 years now, and have to say that I've been very impressed with it. Of course, being so old, it doesn't have a color screen or camera, but it does the job for me.
