My cingular contract is near due and I'm about to switch to another carrier. Which reliable web site has better promotion(good rebate, diversity cellphones)?

Get a pay as you go plan or other prepaid plan. I signed up with Alltel and I have no contract. Its .25c a minute + .05c txt message sending/receiving. I paid $10 bucks for 40 minutes and have a month to pay another $10 so my account stays active. Its good for me because I don't use too many minutes.

It took me like 3 weeks to run out of the minutes I use.

prepaid plan saves money, but I prefer to keep my mobile phone number, and prepaid plan does not offer that.
