I'm just being realistic ... but don't let me hinder you.
You know what they say - set your bar high and even if you don't make it you've achieved more than what many normal people will do. As with many things - consistency is the key with lifting and training. Building a base for development and growth is easy at the beginning but maintaining and breaking through plateaus can be difficult.
