Anyone know of a FREE site where I can type in a cell phone number and it will tell me who owns it? (Reverse-search type thing) It has to be for Canada too.

Cops. They have the authority to tell the phone companies to give you the name of the person calling you. But that's usually if you're getting prank calls.
