There had better be a damned good reason why you're talking to me on the phone and using the bathroom. You're bladder better be ready to burst and you had better be walking me through disarming a bomb, being my lifeline on who wants to be a millionaire, etc...

yes, only because hopefully one day while reaching for the TP, the cell will slip and fall down through their legs right onto the logs.

I'm sure some here have sat on the throne with their laptop as well. :D

On a slightly related note to the OP's post, I ruined a cell phone once by constantly having it in the bathroom while I showered. Guess it should be common sense but I never really thought anything of it. The phone eventually started screwing up and had to be tossed. The service rep. guy took it apart and said that condensation had pretty much F'd it up.

So, just another reason to always leave your cell outside the bathroom, regardless of what you're doing in there.

I don't even think it's the other end of the call, I just don't want o listen to that while I am working on big duke. Give me some peace and quiet please, it's my 4 minutes of quiet during the day.

I've seen guys here at the office standing over a urinal while simultaneously talking or texting on their Blackberry. That's just nasty. Not to mention are you so important that you can't put down your phone/Blackberry to spend 1-2 min to answer nature's call?

EDIT: Spelling

The other day I was sending a text message to a friend while peeing. The phone slipped out of my hand and went right into the toilet. What really sucks is the realization of the only possible way to get it out as fast as possible. Gross.

I walked into the bathroom at Lowe's not long ago, and there was a woman in a stall loudly conducting what was obviously a business call, so I chose the stall right next to hers, flushed the toilet twice, peed, flushed it two or three more times, banged the door open so the stalls shook, then washed my hands and used the accursed air drier instead of paper to dry my hands. I think at some point I had a coughing fit. What's sad is that she just kept on going, talking and talking and talking the whole time.

I absolutely hate it when a customer calls in while on the can, I can always tell. I feel like saying "Will you PLEASE call back when your done on the fvking toilet!" I noticed that women seem to do it more often then men, too.

This thread and all it's, um, descriptive metaphors, effectively ended my lunch.

Thanks.

No for public and private restooms. This is just disgusting. Even in your own home and your own bathroom. It is vile and disgusting.
