Cell phone headsets - Are there any with the microphone integrated into the earpiece?

I finally ordered a cell phone ($35 a month, 3000 evening/weekend + 300 anytime), & I'm going to want an earpiece/headset of some sort for it as I'll probably be using it 1-2 hours a day.

I seem to remember some earpieces that doubled as a microphone, picking up sounds from the bone structure around your ear. Do they exist?

The closest I've found seems to be these

They have something in-line though, does anybody know whether that's a microphone or just a clip?

I also have a Jabra--works like a charm. They have these patented "ear gel" things that come in different sizes and make wearing the thing really comfortable. In fact, I bought some extra ones to use on my earbud headphones.

I had one of those with the inline mic. It sucked. I found myself talking louder, or holding onto the wire to bring the mic closer to my mouth. I've seen other people do the same.

I really like the ones with the boom microphone. The mic sits about halfway between your ear and mouth. It works great with my landline cordless phone too.
