Everytime I let the flip snap closed the phone shuts off. If I tap the phone it will shut off. Any ideas?

Actually, I was gonna suggest if you wanna stay with Sprint they'll probably give you the rebate ahead of time since you're so close to 24 months AND your phone isn't working right. I'd call them and see what they tell you or just take it to a Sprint store. I think they'll probably let you.
