I recomend the Nokia 8390, the other one is very old

I have a Nokia 6510 (link) which is alot like the 8390 but more aimed at the business types (also cheaper :p)

I have the 8260, and I love it. To view the actual size of the phone, view this link.

Just remember, this decision also will encompass whether you are able to use GSM service (8390) or TDMA service (8260). The level of coverage you get on the Rogers network, as well as roaming on other networks, will depend on the network that your phone uses. While GSM networks are being built out, they are not as predominant as TDMA networks and you may have GSM coverage gaps in areas where TDMA service is available.

I could very well be wrong, but i think that single vs double band stuff has to do if it works on digital, analog, or both. If so, that would lead me to choose the 8260 (i have one actually) since that would let you talk when there is only analog service. The other would be fine though if you never leave populated areas
