Cell Phone Accessory Closeout..

While they do have some good prices, I don't recommend ordering form this place.

I placed an order with them the beginning of March for 2 faceplates, 4 keypads and 3 batteries. 1 of the faceplates was missing the lens, 1 keypad was cracked 2 of the batteries were obviously used (battery cases were extremely scratched and worn) and 1 battery was completely dead. I returned all items except the dead battery (I didn't test it) on March 9th. To this day they haven't credited my acct or sent me exchanges on the items I requested. As for the battery that is completely dead, I'm stuck with it. They have a 15 day from purchase date return/exchange policy on batteries. Unfortunately, I didn't try to charge the battery until the 14th day and the 15th day was a Sunday so no chance of return/exchange.

Yes, I have emailed them 4 times regarding my return/exchange and they keep saying give us another week. The last email said they would have it all done by last Friday but I still don't have my items or my cc credit. :|
