Celeron2 @ 883Mhz to a 1.3GHz Athlon. How big a difference?

I also have a Voodoo5-5500 AGP and am getting an ASUS GeForce2-Ultra.
Will I notice any differences?

In Quake3-Arena I get 90 fps @ 1024x768 all maxed out.
In Unreal I get 75 gps @ 1024x768.
 
There will be a difference. But with the scores you are getting now, I'd say it would be pointless to upgrade. Save your money and wait until you actually need an upgrade.
