Celeron voltage problems

I have tried upping the voltage on my celeron from the default 2v to 2.1v, only to have the computer lockup after the initial post right before the windows splash screen. I can get it to boot up at 2.05v, but nothing else. This problem occurrs at any speed, by the way, at the defalt 433mhz and occed to 550. SOMEBODY HELP ME DAMMIT!!
 
some boards just don't like tweaks... tweaking anything is not guaranteed,... added voltage/fsb/etc... will cause lock-ups...
