Celeron Mobo for Tulatin and SDRAM Support?

I'm looking for a mATX mobo to replace the one in my "server". I'd like S370 with onboard everything that can support a Tulatin processor. Do these even exist? I'm not having luck finding one that doesn't cost an arm and a leg!

I retired my Tualatin a year ago.

ebay isn't turning up much either unless you want to buy a undle with CPU and ram for $100+
