Celeron II 633: Stepping?

I searched on how to figure out what stepping the CPU's are, but none tell exactly which, or i can't find one that shows if its cBo or cCo stepping. Well, here are my stats:

that's cC0 stepping, retail version. (you can tell by the SL4NY S-spec)
