Celeron D 325 overclocking

I recently got this cpu for a general use system. I have read people have easily got this over 3.0GHz. How far do you think I could safely overclock it with just some random thermaltake heatsink(TR2-M3). I want to leave this system on 24/7 so it has to be pretty stable. How far should I go if any at all?
