Celeron 766 @ 800?

I have a Celeron 766 CPU that I'd like to put in a Biostar M6VCF motherboard. The problem is, the board maxes out at an 8x multiplier which would limit the CPU to 533MHz at 66MHz FSB. I'd like to run the chip at 8x100 but would the fact that it's multiplier-locked prevent this?
 
Intel Celerons are multiplier locked; the multiplier on these is a function of the CPU, not the motherboard.

This processor has a multiplier of 11.5 and cannot be made to run at anything else.

It should run at 766 if you set the FSB at 66MHz and don't do anything to the multiplier setting on the board.
 
Documentation on the Biostar M6VCF is a bit sketchy, but it appears that the board requires that jumpers be set for the multiplier and FSB. Guess I need to hunt for another board- thanks for the reply.
