Celeron 700 overclocking.....

I'm going to overclock a Celeron 700mhz, but i'm not sure on how much i could overclock? I have a GlobalWin FOP38 FAN and a Gigabyte ga-6vxc7-4x Motherboard and 128mb 133mhz RAM. Do anyone know how much i could overclock? How high voltage, multiplier and FSB should i use?
