Celeron 600 or 633

I was hoping to pick one up from buy.com soon and was wondering, if I should pic up the 600 or 633 for overclocking. Anyone pick one up recently from there?

I don't think it'd matter too much, but usually unless it's a golden chip, the higher the original mhz the better it overclocks!

get the 633,I got two from onvia.com,both week 30,both do 950 with stock cooling.One is at 1.70 on an abit bh6 mo/bo,the other needs 1.75 on an abit bp6 mo/bo.The 633 rocks.These are the cbo stepping.

I just got my Celeron 633 from buy.com today. Nice cpu. I'm running 950mhz at 1.75. I'd get the 633. If you go to www.fatwallet.com and click on buy.com you can get a $20 coupon. They also have free shipping until midnight tonight. It cost me $82 total, including shipping. Here is the specs on the cpu:

hehe, okies, I ordered both the 600 and 633 today from buy.com
So I'll let everyone know the results =)
