You'll have to try it out for yourself. Every CPU is unique and has a different potential. However, Celeron 700's don't overclock too well with their high multiplier but you never know what kind of luck you'll have until you try it. Get a nice cooler and experiment

Do ya think theres any chance of hitting 900Mhz? Has anyone had a success with overclocking it higher than that?

900mhz would be 10.5 x 86mhz = 903mhz. From what I know, you're chances of hitting this speed aren't very good but you might be able to achieve that speed as long as you have good cooling. If you read Celeron II reviews you'll generally find that not too many people had success in overclocking them. However, stuff could have changed (ie. the new 700's that were just recently produced could possibly be better overclockers than the first batches). Ultimately, it's just pure luck. You'll never know until you try it out.

I had the chance to play around a 667MHz Celeron and it was almost stable at 1000MHz (10 x 100MHz FSB). Even though I used an Alpha PEP66, it appeared cooling is still the problem. 950MHz runs fine though with 1.8v

I'm running 903mhz on mine. Asus CUSL2, Pc133 Ram, Western Digital Expert 27.2gig Hard drive running in ATA-33 (as I can't get it into ATA-66 mode the software won't let me says to contact WD).

I will try and push it more latter. Needs to be at 1.75v to run but so far 24hrs and running some stress tests not a hickup. Not bad for a $85 CPU!
